Yoga was an awesome class for me. That 50 minutes twice a week relieved more stress than I could have ever imagined. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't exactly hard either. It just WAS. And whenever I was having a bad day, yoga would get it all off my mind by how hard I had to focus on my positions and not falling on my face. I plan to keep doing yoga hopefully twice a week but realistically as much as I can find time for.
On top of learning how to physically rid my body of stress via yoga, Stress Management taught me everything I needed to know about stress from how it affects your body, to different coping strategies to relieve it. I learned how to be more at peace with myself and what I needed to do to keep it that way.
